Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure-related initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business units technical teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions.
Work with technical teams to develop detailed technical specifications.
Define project strategies and approaches with input from technical experts.
Create and manage project and procurement plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Monitor project progress and provide detailed status reports to stakeholders.
Resolve project challenges in collaboration with technical teams.
Conduct regular updates and alignment meetings with senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in Kanban JIRA and MS Project.
Strong background in IT infrastructure projects including:

Cloud technologies (especially cloud migration initiatives)
Distributed systems
End-user platforms
Networking and communications
Smart operations

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure or workplace technology projects.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
Effective interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification.
Proven experience with cloud migration projects.
Familiarity with enterprise-level IT environments.
