POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Job Title - PMO Telecom Domain
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional with a strong background in the Telecom sector. The role will be responsible for ensuring governance reporting and delivery support across multiple projects and programmes driving consistency efficiency and alignment with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage project governance frameworks for telecom programmes and initiatives.
Support project managers in planning execution and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain programme dashboards reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
Ensure alignment with organisational standards processes and compliance requirements.
Monitor budgets resource utilisation and financial tracking across telecom projects.
Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
Drive continuous improvement within the PMO function enhancing delivery methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a PMO role ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects.
Strong understanding of telecom operations networks or digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Clarity Power BI or similar).
Strong analytical organisational and reporting skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
