Shift Mon to Fri (8:30AM to 5:00PM). with every other weekend Sat-8 AM to 4 PM and Sun-10 AM to 3 PM.

Summary:
- Field Operations Support Assistant support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
Responsibility:
- Answer and manage incoming telephone calls directing clients to the appropriate counselors.
- Handle cash processing and process payments accurately in the system.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support various departments as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
- Adapt quickly to changing tasks procedures and priorities.
- Learn and perform duties across multiple administrative areas through training.
- Maintain inventory and ensure counselors have necessary materials for client services.
- Conduct research on customer accounts to ensure all requirements are met for services.
- Support front desk counselors administrative team and management in daily operations.
Respond to new tasks and challenges efficiently demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
