Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Houston TX 77002
Duration: 03 Months (Possible extension)
Job Insight
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be responsible for handling incoming calls documenting customer interactions and providing professional support using standard office tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Document customer inquiries issues and resolutions accurately.
- Utilize Outlook Excel and Word effectively for communication tracking and reporting.
- Provide clear courteous and timely responses to customer needs.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
- Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
