About the Role:The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with the Customer(s) (Bharti Airtel) Project Manager and field installation teams to ensure projects are completed according to project plans. Other duties will include project planning implementation troubleshooting and monitoring. Also prepares project status reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.

Responsibilities:

Project coordination and supervision of assigned region including project delivery acceptance troubleshooting and revenue recognition related support.
Governance and provide support to subcontractor teams in the implementation of the project within stipulated timeframe.
Project coordination with Customer(s) proponents and Aviat Project Team.
Coordination and supervision of logistics of material.

Supervise subcontractor teams to make sure that all installations follow Customer(s) and Aviat Engineering Standards compliances & OHS guidelines.
Provide Daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly progress report to Project Management Team of customer as well as internal stakeholders/management
Escalate issues keep informed advise and receive instructions and obtain the work group perspective and share information.
Deliver the projects and assigned tasks within the targeted timelines.
Customer(s) Project Proponents coordination Dashboarding reporting and other project management related activities as per customer/project requirement.
Process re-engineering and automation drives to have timely errorless real time and automated reports availability to management and customer(s).
Support in troubleshooting activities and other technical related concerns as per requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Telecommunications or a related field; masters degree preferred.
Proven experience 8-10 years in executing microwave deployment projects execution excellence operational planning and maintenance of MW Network ideally within the telecommunications or network infrastructure sectors.
Customer Handling Team management Partner governance and Strong Analytical skill are a must.
Strong understanding of microwave communication principles RF engineering and microwave equipment (antennas radios waveguides etc.).
Proficiency in microwave path design tools (Pathloss iBwave) spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMI Agile MS Project Primavera waterfall).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Willing to work extended hours
