Position: Assistant Surveillance Case Manager (Remote Full-Time)
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Surveillance Case Manager to join our growing this full-time remote position you will support our Surveillance Case Manager to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality investigative services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Review investigative reports to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with client guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to field staff and Case Managers and recommend initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Case Management: Manage assigned caseloads track deadlines and maintain accurate well-organized case files.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients-offer updates answer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with field investigators offering support and guidance as needed.
- Administrative Support: Proofread reports for correct formatting and clarity; handle administrative tasks such as report generation and data entry.
Qualifications
- Experience: No experience necessary; however a minimum of 2 years in SIU/Claims insurance investigations or a related field is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right individual.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Associates Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field preferred or 2 years of relevant SIU/Claims investigation experience.
