How youll contribute

Directs the departments activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Responsible for the assessment design delivery and evaluation of staff education initiatives that meet organizational needs and support the mission and vision of Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas. Directs the Student Clinical Placement program.
Qualifications and requirements
Bachelors degree or other Clinical Field - required.
Masters degree in related fields - preferred
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire
Current TN or Multi-State licensure or required field of degree
Minimum Work Experience:
4 years of experience in human performance improvement training or OD methodologies with expertise in competency assessment needs analysis instructional design facilitation and evaluation
