About the Role:
Are you fluent in German and looking for an opportunity to start your career We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Braga Portugal. No prior experience is requiredwe will provide all the training you need to succeed!
What Youll Do:
- Help customers by responding to inquiries via phone email and chat in German.
- Provide clear and friendly support for products services and solutions.
- Solve customer problems or pass them to the right team when needed.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required.
- Basic English skills to communicate with the team.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
