Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office days)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team for a project in Lisbon. This role involves managing technical operations and projects coordinating technical teams and ensuring service delivery in international projects.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Status reporting and monitoring SLAs.
- Client management meetings and first point of contact for issue triage.
- Coordination of technical teams.
- Management and coordination of tasks within the Competence Center.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or technical project management.
- Experience with multiple technology solutions (e.g. CRM Billing Order Management Middleware).
- Jira and APM/log monitoring tools (Dynatrace AppDynamics Datadog NewRelic Elasticsearch Grafana/Kibana).
- Cloud operations experience (Azure/AWS).
- Java troubleshooting and database fundamentals.
