Coordinator Replacement (mfd) Dutch Speaker

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You handle client requests via phone and email in a timely service-oriented and professional manner

• You assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions including proposing alternative options when required

• You ensure a high standard of service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• You listen actively to identify and fully understand client needs

• You read and understand invoices and carry out basic accounting tasks
