Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. This is an exciting on-site opportunity to be part of a high-impact project in the search engine industry where your skills will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and providing excellent service to Danish-speaking customers.

While prior customer service or related experience is an advantage it is not a strict requirement we value enthusiasm adaptability and a strong willingness to learn above all.

Key Responsibilities

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor you will:

  • Deliver high-quality support and assistance to Danish-speaking customers via multiple communication channels (chat email phone).

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical/product teams ensuring clear communication of user needs and issues.

  • Provide product and service guidance to users to enhance their experience.

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and feedback.

  • Work with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience and identify potential enhancements to products or processes.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features tools and policies.

  • Adapt to evolving workflows and assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluent Danish (C1) excellent written and spoken communication.

  • English proficiency (B2 level minimum).

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Prior customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced changing environment.

  • Positive attitude reliability and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
