You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. This is an exciting on-site opportunity to be part of a high-impact project in the search engine industry where your skills will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and providing excellent service to Danish-speaking customers.
While prior customer service or related experience is an advantage it is not a strict requirement we value enthusiasm adaptability and a strong willingness to learn above all.

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor you will:
Deliver high-quality support and assistance to Danish-speaking customers via multiple communication channels (chat email phone).
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.
Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical/product teams ensuring clear communication of user needs and issues.
Provide product and service guidance to users to enhance their experience.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and feedback.
Work with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience and identify potential enhancements to products or processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features tools and policies.
Adapt to evolving workflows and assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Fluent Danish (C1) excellent written and spoken communication.
English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Prior customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced changing environment.
Positive attitude reliability and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
