Marketing Director: Strategically lead Bolands marketing efforts including market research brand strategy commercialization and industry involvement.

FLSA Status: Exempt
Essential Duties:
- Consult with company leaders to develop and execute an effective strategic marketing plan
- Lead market research to identify key focus areas and develop a strategy
- Develop and execute Bolands brand strategy
- Develop and execute commercialization strategy
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Salespeople to effectively drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute a strategy to convey Bolands message via trade shows and industry events
- Effectively collect client experience data and effectively utilize data in a strategic plan
- Develop a media relations/PR strategy
- Digital/social media strategy development and execution
- Represent Boland effectively within the industry and marketplace
- Structure the department effectively and manage personnel to execute goals
- Maintain active relationships with industry groups associations etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business Marketing or related is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record leading marketing efforts.
- Up-to-date knowledge and abilities to effectively utilize current tools.
- Experience developing budgets and planning fiscal strategy.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing statistical data to achieve business results
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in standard office environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Marketing Team
- Coaching mentorship and performance management of all direct reports
- Networking developing leads and recruitment
- Training and compliance with all employment laws and regulations
