Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach to independent insurance agents. The SDR will be responsible for making high-volume daily calls with the primary goal of booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone articulate determined and eager to learn; no prior insurance industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50 75 outbound calls daily to independent insurance agents (not State Farm).
- Book qualified meetings directly into the sales calendar.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and pre-built automated email campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes and next steps in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity/booking targets.

- Teachable: Quick learner with strong common-sense problem-solving.
- Strong Communicator: Clear articulate English (neutral or South African accent preferred).
- Organized & Reliable: Able to manage call volume and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in sales call center or outbound prospecting roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and accountability.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
- Willingness to work EST business hours.
