About the Role
Were looking for a high-impact Channel Business Development Manager to lead Adobes partner-led growth in your region. If you think strategically enable partners like a pro and thrive on delivering results this is your calling.
What Youll Own
Drive net new business and boost retention via strategic partners
Build and execute Quarterly Business Plans with key resellers
Lead Adobes GTM strategy in your region win new logos & expand share
Analyse and optimize partner performance across metrics
Present compelling value propositions to Resellers CXOs and leadership teams
Forecast revenue track KPIs and adapt plans on the fly
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales marketing and product teams
Lead training enablement and sales acceleration programs
What You Bring
57 years of experience in sales or channel business development (Tech/SaaS preferred)
Proven record of exceeding sales goals & growing partner revenue
Strong grasp of Adobe solutions Creative Cloud Document Cloud Sign Experience Cloud
Strategic mindset with excellent storytelling and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills from partners to boardrooms
MBA preferred (not mandatory if experience is stellar)
