• erve as the primary liaison between the AI team and business segments and functions translating business needs into AI opportunities and building business cases for priority use cases
• Lead the AI Champions program fostering engagement training and alignment across a diverse global network.
• Support resource development for the AI Champions including training and supporting Champion needs
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and AI development team to prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business impact.
• Facilitate intake and discovery sessions with business leaders to identify high-value use cases.
• Ensure business readiness for AI deployments including change management and enablement planning.
• Track and report on business value delivered through AI initiatives.
• Act as a thought partner to senior segment and function leaders on AI strategy and innovation.
• Support continuous improvement of the AI operating model based on business feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred

Experiences:

• 5-10 years of experience in business transformation digital strategy or enterprise technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies business applications and change management principles.
