Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Prospecting and amp; Appointment Setting
- Identify MSMEs SMEs and corporate clients.
- Conduct outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book qualified B2B meetings for Sr BDM / VP Sales.
2. Sales Meetings and amp; Follow-Up
- Attend discovery meetings with sales leadership.
- Document client pain points and requirements.
- Support proposal preparation and client follow-ups.
3. CRM and amp; Documentation
- Maintain daily CRM entries with high accuracy.
- Prepare meeting reports lead status updates and follow-up logs.
4. Proposal and amp; Solution Support
- Coordinate with SME/CA team for technical inputs.
- Assist in drafting proposals and revising versions as needed.
5. Coordination
- Work with CRO-Frontend for client updates.
- Support sales events exhibitions and campaigns.
Mandatory Skills and amp; Competencies
- 14 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with Directors HR Heads Finance Managers.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycle and funnel stages.
- Strong research and lead qualification capability.
- High discipline follow-up strength and ownership mindset.
