Your new role is diverse youll manage a variety of tasks including financial administrative duties as well as client communications. This role offers flexibility and can be tailored to suit either part-time or full-time hours for the right candidate. In this position youll:

  • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Perform accounts payable tasks including processing invoices reconciling and arrange payments.
  • Perform accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and debt collection.
  • Provide support to HR and payroll activities.
  • Generate weekly reporting for the management team.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email responding to queries and following up payments.
  • Assist the finance team with administrative and finance-related tasks and provide general administrative support for the organisation.

Essential:

  • Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping/accounting or working towards.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team orientated able to work collaboratively.
  • Confident to work autonomously when required.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer orientated youll be comfortable dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Resilience and confidence to learn and grow daily.
  • IT savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • An interest in and ability to learn new software applications.

Desirable:

  • Experience with MYOB.
  • Current drivers licence.
