Work. The EAP Officer will assist in providing advice and technical input into the development and review of Sunwaters Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) to ensure regulatory requirements are met for the 24 referable structures in Sunwaters portfolio.
As EAP Officer at Sunwater you will:
- Develop and facilitate a combination of face to face and online training material throughout Sunwaters regions.
- Coordinate the design development and scheduling of a 12-month plan for EAP training ensuring the most efficient use of time and budget.
- Engage proactively with councils and disaster management bodies to support coordinated efforts related to EAPs.
- Record training outcomes and identification of improvements related to EAPs including the development of training and assessment materials.
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure Dam safety compliance requirements are achieved and maintained.
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in an emergency management role or equivalent. Qualifications in emergency management or equivalent relevant experience.
