Job Summary
Description of the role:
Join our team at Stan McNabb Chevrolet Buick GMC in Tullahoma TN as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
