Technical Excellence
Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
Ensure a seamless hiring experience while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of recruitment goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive detail-oriented and results-driven
Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
Qualification:
Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
