- Partner with managers to support workforce planning and business objectives
- Provide HR guidance on policies employee relations and performance management
- Support hiring plans onboarding and talent development initiatives
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
- Implement HR policies and ensure statutory and policy compliance
- Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and analytics
- Assist in organizing training faculty development and engagement programs
- Support payroll coordination and statutory documentation
