Job Summary

The HR supports business leaders by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The role focuses on employee relations talent management performance management and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to support workforce planning and business objectives
Provide HR guidance on policies employee relations and performance management
Support hiring plans onboarding and talent development initiatives
Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory and policy compliance
Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and analytics
Assist in organizing training faculty development and engagement programs
Support payroll coordination and statutory documentation

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws applicable to educational institutions
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS

Qualifications

Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Experience

23 years of HR experience preferably in an educational institution or service sector.
