Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) (several posts) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 533212) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English Chinese and Mathematics OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 5 years relevant work experience preferably in tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication organizational and problem-solving skills; and strong computer literacy. They should also be a good team player; attentive to details; hardworking; self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics; and able to multi-task and work independently. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II.
The appointees will provide administrative and clerical support to academic programmes including incoming and outgoing exchanges student-related matters and departmental events. They will liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders assist with event organization and perform other duties as assigned.
