Role Purpose
Strategic Interline Partnership Development
- Identify evaluate and negotiate airlines alliance codeshare and partnership opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives with alliance partners including Virtual airlines to enhance network connectivity and customer experience.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with alliance partners ensuring alignment on strategic goals and operational execution.
- Represent the airline in alliance event working groups and joint committees.
Commercial Optimization
- Collaborate with Revenue Management Network Planning and Sales teams to maximize commercial benefits from partnerships.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics of alliance agreements and recommend improvements.
Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver alliance-related projects including systems integration customer experience enhancements and joint marketing campaigns.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all alliance activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for alliance agreements and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in airlines partnership or revenue management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese Mandarin & English both written and spoken.
- Skills: Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical Ability: Proficiency in market analysis sales forecasting and data-driven decision making.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualities
- Demonstrated expertise in adhering to IATA resolutions and prorate agreements with a strong track record in accurate fare construction revenue accounting and settlement processes
