All about the role:

We are looking for a visionary Headteacher to promote enthusiasm for learning and guide our school through the next phase of its will be an outstanding educational leader who wants to make a difference for our children as well as an exceptional teacher with the vision and drive for continuous school development and improvement.

You will be responsible for the leadership internal organisation management and control of the school in consultation with the Trust Governing Body staff and parents.

Our school is rooted in the heart of the Trowbridge community. We nurture children to become confident curious and resilient learners who are ready to make a positive contribution to the wider world.

- Will be an active part of the school engaging and communicating with all members of the school community. You will provide interactive leadership to the staff taking advantage of their experience and knowledge and enthusiasm for change.

- Will be an active member of the wider EQUA Mead Learning Trust community who can see the opportunities for the school and staff through shared resources shared experiences and shared expertise.

- Are seeking to develop themselves in the role bringing new ideas and fresh thinking and encouraging others to share their vision. Someone who will create a culture of inclusive continuous development and improvement within the school.

- Can demonstrate that they are an exceptional teacher who wants to continue to teach as part of the role as there may be a teaching commitment within the role as well as supporting staff by freeing time for their development.

- Can communicate effectively the with wider community to foster relationships and to promote both the school and the wider Trust.
