Are you a Psychology Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive Primary setting
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Hounslow is looking for a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a full-time Learning Support Assistant from October 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is aspiring to build a career in psychology education or child this role you will play a key part in supporting pupils with SEND enabling them to thrive both academically and socially.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will:
Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to children with autism and additional needs
Collaborate closely with class teachers the SENDCo and other support staff to deliver effective interventions
Help foster a positive structured environment where children can develop confidence and reach their potential
What Were Looking For:
A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
Patient empathetic organised and adaptable in your approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
Confidence with IT would be an advantage
