You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis position will be responsible for supporting Global Wealth Asset Management Canada this role you will be exposed to various segments of Canadian Wealth Business with diversity and complexity on Manulifes Investment.
The primary responsibilities of the incumbent are to support various Canadian Wealth Business. Daily the person will be responsible for preparing and executing all Canadian Wealth Business Funding and Trading accurately and timely with our Custodians and Investment Manager. The person will also participate into Fund Initiatives supporting internal and external audits as well as being responsible for cash movements related to our Canadian Retirement Stock business.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure Funding and Trading are processed accurately within tight deadlines.
Perform VPA (Funding & Trading System) and validate all input/output files and review the controls.
Participate to All day-to day Trust Accounting activities / tasks.
Evaluate and process adjustments required on Trade and Cash Movement.
Prepare Daily Management Summary Report for Management Review.
Monitor activities on Non-Standing Orders / Special Funds
Answer emails in a timely manner & communicate with other departments within Manulife and Outside.
Prepare Daily Stock cash movement and communicate activities with various stakeholders.
Assist in Audit as Required.
Ability to work independently and as a team with a customer focus.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration with 1-3 years of relevant financial services industry experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to details with the ability to quickly organize prioritize and work within a multi-tasks environment.
Ability to react quickly adapt to changes and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to break down an issue isolate and resolve the problem(s).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
Proven task management skills adhering to deadlines.
Strong customer service focus
Should be able to start at 7:00am
Bilingual (French & English) preferred but not required - The successful candidate will berequired to communicate in English and Frenchin order tosupportclients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$58275.00 CAD - $97125.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
