Are you passionate about agriculture and eager to connect with customers

Join us for a four-month summer placement where youll gain hands-on experience in agricultural financing. Under the mentorship of Ag Lending Analysts and Relationship Managers youll contribute fresh ideas and practical solutions to customers providing the best combination of products services and marketing initiatives to help them succeed.

What youll do

  • Support a team dedicated to helping agriculture and food businesses succeed
  • Assist in offering tailored financing and industry knowledge to customers
  • Build relationships with local producers and agribusinesses
  • Help prepare loan documents and perform administrative tasks
  • Participate in trade shows and farm visits with Relationship Managers
  • Gain hands-on work experience in your field

What were looking for

  • A second- or third-year university student with a passion for agriculture

  • Multi-tasker who can make informed decisions and solve problems
  • Ability to build connections and effectively engage with clients
  • Love for agriculture and food

What youll need

  • Enrolment in a program for a degree in agriculture business or commerce with a focus in agronomy agroeconomics finance accounting or management
  • Completion of at least one year of your post-secondary degree program
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
