Job Summary

Electrical & Mechanical Engineer:
As our production capacity grows were looking for an Electrical & Mechanical Engineer to support our manufacturing systems and ensure reliable efficient operations.
Position Summary:
Were seeking a motivated Electrical & Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing this role you will support equipment troubleshooting and process optimization across our facilities. Must have the potential to lead people in a supervisory or manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
*Troubleshoot automated mechanical/electrical systems in window manufacturing lines
*Collaborate with maintenance to support upgrades and modifications to machinery
*Help maintain / troubleshoot PLCs sensors control panels and safety systems
*Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for electrical/mechanical failures or inefficiencies
*Help develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures
*Participate in capital improvement and equipment installation projects
Qualifications:
*Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
*3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
*Experience with automated production equipment
*Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
*Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred:
*Experience in window/door manufacturing or related industries
*Familiarity with energy management systems and electrical cost reduction initiatives
*Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Annual Salary Range: $75000-$90000/year
