Position Summary

The Electrical Superintendent will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing field operations to ensure projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Requirements


  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical activities including crews subcontractors and daily operations.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers engineers and clients to maintain strong communication and alignment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations company standards and project specifications.

  • Plan sequence and manage field work to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

  • Mentor journeymen and apprentices fostering a culture of craftsmanship teamwork and accountability.

  • Oversee inspections quality control and documentation to uphold project excellence.

  • Proactively identify and resolve field challenges to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of electrical construction experience with at least 35 years in a superintendent or senior foreman role.

  • Demonstrated success managing commercial projects (e.g. data centers hospitals large institutional work).

  • In-depth knowledge of the NEC construction sequencing and industry best practices.

  • Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with both field and office teams.

  • Current electrical license preferred but not required.

Required Skills:

12 years of progressive leadership experience within the electrical construction industry; minimum of 5 years in an executive or senior project leadership role. Proven track record managing large commercial data center or healthcare electrical projects in excess of $50M individually or $200M in combined portfolio. Deep understanding of electrical systems construction operations scheduling and financial controls. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire coach and build trust with diverse teams. Excellent communication negotiation and client-facing skills. Bachelors degree in Construction Management Electrical Engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent field experience will be considered. Willingness to relocate to the Dallas area (relocation assistance is provided).
