We are looking for a skilled ASIC Design Verification Engineer to join CHIPLOGIC TECHs dynamic team in Bengaluru. As an ASIC Design Verification Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and performance of our cutting-edge semiconductor products. You will be involved in verifying complex ASIC designs running simulations and debugging issues to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement verification test plans based on design specifications.
- Write test benches test cases and sequences for functional and code coverage verification.
- Run simulations using industry-standard EDA tools to validate ASIC designs.
- Analyze and debug simulation failures to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure functional correctness and performance targets are met.
- Contribute to the verification methodology and process improvement initiatives.
- Generate and maintain verification documentation for future reference.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on verification aspects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in ASIC design verification using SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
- Strong understanding of digital design concepts and ASIC development flow.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl Python or Shell scripting.
- Experience with industry-standard EDA tools for simulation and verification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts.
- Knowledge of code coverage metrics and functional coverage closure techniques.
