The Account Manager Opportunity:
The Account Manager role is a pivotal role within our organisation responsible for managing a number of Martian Logics key enterprise accounts. This exciting role will enable you to fully utilise your technology skill-sets and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Your key responsibilities will be a hybrid of increasing & retaining revenue within your customer accounts whilst also developing some new business accounts. This is a high touch role most of your energies will be focussed on liaising with key SLTs/ELTs typically HR Directors CPOs CIOs etc.
The Ideal Candidate:
5 years experience gained in an account manager business development manager and/or a client success manager type role
You are very comfortable communicating/presenting to c-suite executives you have an innate ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships
You are commercially savvy and youre often recognised for your superior commercial/business acumen
Ability to plan and forecast creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding & retaining your designated customer accounts
Key characteristics and personality traits should include self-motivation energetic drive hunger to learn/further develop your skill-sets creative solutions driven mindset tenacious and resilient
Experience within a technology role (especially within SaaS) would be advantageous/not essential though. Preference would be someone who has been involved with solutions/services as opposed to a tangible product
Preferred/not essential:
- Experience/background within aged care healthcare government NDIS schools/education
*Please note there will be interstate travel required at times (2-3 days every quarter).
Why Martian Logic Why This Role
Salary dependent on experience between $120000-$150000 super (OTE circa $160000-$190000 super). Uncapped commissions.
