Job Description

Resident Engagement Coordinator

Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich)

Full time 37 hours a week Monday Thursday 9.00am 5.30pm Friday 9.00am-5.00pm)

Starting Salary at 31305 per annum with future progression opportunities to 33302.

Fixed Term Maternity Cover (12 months)

About the Role

Youll be at the heart of our Communications and Resident Engagement Team delivering our tenant engagement plan and driving improvements in how we engage with residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and monitoring tenant engagement activities and their impact
  • Supporting colleagues to champion resident involvement
  • Providing clear performance information on engagement
  • Using social media and other channels to connect with residents
  • Challenging and driving improvements in engagement with evidence of impact

About You

Youll have experience in event or project management with a track record of successful resident or community engagement. Youre detail-oriented analytical and a confident communicatorboth written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travel throughout Norfolk will be part of the role.
