Naukri Ninja is looking for a dynamic Associate Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Bengaluru. As a key player in the Information Technology/IT industry we are seeking a motivated individual to drive business growth and expand our client base. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to contribute to our companys success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales business development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the Information Technology/IT industry is a plus
