Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting advanced research developing prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Research & Development:
Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and trends in specify fields: AI ML blockchain AR/VR etc..
Develop and test innovative algorithms models and prototypes to address complex problems.
Evaluate the feasibility performance and scalability of proposed solutions.
Collaboration & Innovation:
Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into practical solutions.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Present research findings and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive technical reports white papers and documentation to support ongoing projects.
Maintain detailed records of experiments prototypes and performance analyses.
Technology Integration:
Explore new tools frameworks and platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness in research and development.
Assist in the deployment of research prototypes into production environments.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
2 years of experience in a research or development role (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python C Java or similar.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of software development processes including version control systems (e.g. Git).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage research projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of blockchain AR/VR or other cutting-edge technologies.
