Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Architect AI Business Process Automation to lead the design development and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across all departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML business process reengineering and enterprise systems integration with the ability to architect scalable secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments (e.g. HR Finance Sales Operations Supply Chain).
Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business leaders and process owners.
Architect scalable and modular AI/ML solutions including intelligent document processing predictive analytics chatbots RPA and NLP-based workflows.
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP CRM DMS etc.).
Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI/ML tools platforms and frameworks.
Ensure AI systems are secure compliant and aligned with data governance policies.
Collaborate with internal development teams data engineers and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects.
Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation across the organization.
Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning NLP and computer vision.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI AWS SageMaker Google Vertex AI OpenAI or similar.
Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in AI/ML RPA or cloud architecture (e.g. Azure/AWS/GCP Architect).
Experience in process mining tools (e.g. Celonis UiPath Process Mining).
Exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices.
