We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Process Associate to support onshore and offshore legal teams in a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment. The role involves handling legal documentation basic technical tasks and structured process-based work while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal process outsourcing support to onshore and offshore teams.
- Prepare format and manage legal documents using MS Office tools.
- Manage data and generate reports using MS Excel.
- Perform basic technical tasks including Hyperlinking document coding/ Annotation/ Redaction and extraction.
- Use Adobe PDF for reviewing editing and organizing documents.
- Ensure accuracy confidentiality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
- Candidates with Strong technical knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with prior LPO experience.
- Willingness to work on-site.
