Senior Business Process Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant to lead process design and transformation efforts within complex life sciences programs. Acting as a bridge between business and IT you will drive functional alignment process optimization and enterprise system integration.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between functional business areas and implementation teams.
• Document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee process modeling gap analysis and solution proposals.
• Provide guidance during testing validation change management and go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and support stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 57 years of experience in business process consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience with SAP modules or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of project delivery within regulated industries preferably life sciences.
