Job Summary

Map analyze and redesign publisher workflows (onboarding billing campaign approval) using BPMN
Create and manage the business rules document (BRD) for core platform capabilities
Design standardized workflows (Golden Path) to optimize the multi-tenant architecture
Collaborate with the Head of Data & AI to identify automation opportunities integrate ML models and collaborate on data pipelines event schemas and analytics integration
Audit live automated processes to verify they meet targeted efficiency and ROI outcomes defining and tracking key metrics such as cycle time auto-approval rate and rework percentage

Qualifications :

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant
Expert proficiency in BPMN UML and swimlane diagramming
Advanced ability to interview stakeholders and extract complex business rules and requirements
Deep understanding of AdTech or white-label SaaS operational workflows
Proven experience writing formal BRDs
Experience defining and managing API contracts and data models (REST/GraphQL JSON)
Background in process governance release management RACI matrices and change control
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience as an AdOps Manager SaaS Implementation Specialist or Technical Account Manager
BPMN 2.0 Six Sigma Lean or Process Mining certifications
Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks
Proficiency in analytics and BI tools (SQL Looker and Tableau)
Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tooling
Knowledge of global invoicing (multi-currency VAT/GST)
