Overview

Join a dynamic customer service team supporting a leading Spanish airline. Were seeking skilled professionals with fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) who can deliver excellent service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls emails and chat enquiries from airline customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flights bookings and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Sunday
  • Hours: 08:00 to 21:00
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Requirements

  • Languages: C1 Spanish B2 English (or French) mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a contact centre mandatory.
  • Candidates must successfully complete Harver language tests (C1 Spanish & B2 English/French) before interviews can be booked.
  • No relocation package is available for this market.

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base Salary:
    • 870 per 14 months (Lisbon)
    • Additional Spanish position supplement: 1000 per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: 80 per 11 months
  • Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (conditional on 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month not part of fixed salary).
  • Braga location bonus: 20 per 12 months (if applicable).

Allowances & Benefits

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
  • Transport Allowance: 20 per month
  • Health Insurance: Covered from day one (employee contribution required; free after 6 months)

Important Note

Starting with hires from 1st September onwards the Welcome Bonus is distributed monthly over the first year. Payment each month is subject to attendance requirements.
