Maintain accurate stock records ensure proper inventory control and prevent stock discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock audits and report variances to management.
Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal departments for smooth material flow.
Ensure proper storage labeling and handling of materials.
Supervise loading/unloading dispatch and timely delivery of goods.
Maintain documentation related to stock movement purchase orders and invoices.
Ensure store discipline cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Incharge / Store Keeper.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Computer knowledge (MS Excel / Tally preferred).
Ability to handle store independently with accountability.
