Skills REQ: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias Telemetry -on the unit monitoring Use of Rapid Response Teams. Cardiovascular: Post MI Pre/Post Cardiac Cath. Endocrine/Metabolic: IV insulin protocols. Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management. Genitourinary/Renal: Continuous Bladder Irrigation Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management Renal failure. IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports Blood Product Administration Central line care/management Phlebotomy Peripheral Line Care/Management PICC line management Starting IVs.
