Position Overview

NurseAmerica is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). This role is ideal for nurses with strong IMCU/PCU backgrounds who are comfortable caring for high-acuity adult patients across multiple specialties.

Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
Beds: 64 (including designated Neuro beds)
Patient Population: Adult patients
Common Diagnoses: Neuro Cardiac Trauma COPD DKA Sepsis MI CV Stepdown Post-Operative
Specialty Equipment: Temporary pacers Chest tubes A-lines BiPAP Neptune Vapo
Vent Experience: Chronic vents with RT support
Floating Required: Yes
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of IMCU or PCU experience
Active New York RN License
BLS ACLS NIHSS certifications
Experience with Epic EMR
