We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to patient safety recovery and delivering compassionate evidence-based care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide safe effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients

Monitor patient conditions assess changes and report findings to the healthcare team

Administer medications treatments and therapies as prescribed

Accurately and timely document patient assessments interventions and outcomes

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

Educate patients and families on care plans treatment goals and recovery processes

Maintain compliance with hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or a multistate compact license eligible to practice in Iowa

Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification

Completion of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates upon hire

Strong clinical judgment organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
