What Youll Do:

Prepare andreview individual trust and business tax returns
Handlecomplex tax scenarios including1031 exchangesandmulti-state filings
Conduct thoroughtax researchon compliance and planning issues
Collaborate closely with theTax ManagerandPartnersto ensure top-tier client service
Assist intax planning and projectionsfor high-net-worth clients and businesses
Serve as a knowledgeable trusted resource for both clients and internal staff

What Were Looking For:

3 yearsof tax experience (open to more or less for the right fit)
Strong knowledge ofcomplex returnsand tax planning strategies
Experience withhigh-net-worth clientsa plus
CPA or EApreferred ( OR working toward certification)
Confident in performing independent tax research and presenting findings
Proactive self-motivated and dependable a true team player
Must beopen honest and aligned with company values and goals
