Job Summary
Do you speak fluent Dutch and dream of experiencing life abroad Nows your chance to live and work in sunny Lisbon! Youll be supporting a major IT tech brand as a Technical Support Agent helping customers while enjoying Portugals vibrant lifestyle and culture.
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6-month contract extendable)

Compensation: 1100/month x14 bonuses & relocation package
What Youll Do:
Assist users with inquiries and technical support via phone email chat and social media
Adapt brand voice and tone to ensure professional empathetic communication
Handle escalations and document all relevant case details accurately
Provide excellent customer care that enhances brand reputation
What Were Looking For:
Native/Fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
Right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and eager to grow in an international environment
Whats on Offer:
1100/month salary x14 months
Guaranteed 135 monthly bonus
Up to 120 performance bonus per month
7.23 daily meal allowance
20 monthly travel allowance
Support with all public paperwork (free)
Airfare reimbursed after 6 months of work
Accommodation available for just 280/month (all bills included)
