What the job is about
In this role you will:
- Provide on-site customer support via chat email and phone to Dutch-speaking business clients.
- Assist with campaign setup troubleshooting optimisation and platform navigation.
- Advise clients on features billing matters digital metrics and ad performance.
- Track and document support cases in the CRM ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Identify trends and recurring issues escalating technical cases to specialist teams when needed.
- Work closely with internal digital marketing and product teams to deliver consistent high-quality service.
