Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative Online Advertising Support (On-Site)

We are seeking a proactive Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our clients on-site online advertising support team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment assisting businesses with their ad campaigns and helping them make the most of online advertising tools. What the job is about
In this role you will:

Provide on-site customer support via chat email and phone to Dutch-speaking business clients.
Assist with campaign setup troubleshooting optimisation and platform navigation.
Advise clients on features billing matters digital metrics and ad performance.
Track and document support cases in the CRM ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Identify trends and recurring issues escalating technical cases to specialist teams when needed.
Work closely with internal digital marketing and product teams to deliver consistent high-quality service.

Requirements
Were looking for someone who:

Speaks Dutch fluently (C1) and has good English (B2).
Has previous experience in customer service ideally in digital marketing advertising or technical support.
Understands digital-marketing concepts (clicks impressions CTR campaign set-ups training provided).
Is confident using online platforms dashboards and multiple digital tools.
Is organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple queries at once.
Can work fully on-site and enjoys being part of a team environment.
