You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workplace Lead to manage our facilities front facing / employee experience and customer service in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about creating a safe productive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management a keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various business teams.
Facilities & Administration Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of our Hyderabad office ensuring a seamless and efficient operation. This includes developing and implementing strategies for improving employee experience overseeing maintenance repairs and upkeep of the office space (60000 sq. ft. portfolio). Youll also manage and negotiate with vendors and service providers and ensure all facilities adhere to health safety and environmental standards.
Food & Beverage - Support the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations team on things such as menu planning cafe management and food quality. Food testing review to be done at regular intervals.
Employee Transportation : You will also work with the team to ensure employee transportation is efficient and reliable for our staff. This includes ensuring safety punctuality and smooth coordination with service providers for shuttles/cabs. This also includes partnering with our Transportation team to establish contingency and emergency transport support plans to enable business continuity handle escalations effectively resolve transport-related issues and ensure a seamless employee travel experience.
Security Services Oversight: Oversee security team and protocols for the office premises. You will implement and regularly review security procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with various business teams to understand their workplace requirements and align services accordingly. Youll act as a trusted advisor providing solutions and support to improve the overall employee experience.
Health Safety & Environment (HSE): Serve as the site HSE - developing emergency protocols conducting drills and ensuring full compliance with all local regulations. Drive sustainability initiatives within the workplace.
Space Management & Optimization: Continuously analyze space utilization data to recommend and implement changes that foster collaboration focus and well-being (e.g. agile working hot-desking protocols meeting room management).
Event & Activation Support: Partner with HR and Internal Communications to support and facilitate office events all-hands meetings and cultural activations that enhance employee engagement and company culture.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
4-5 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing a large facility.
Customer service oriented.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to lead the support teams and ensure SLAs are met.
Own responsibility of the site and ensure day today operations are seamlessly maintained.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Interest to contribute to the latest workplace criteria including AI adoption / tools and applications on transport and facilities - any relevant experience on migration from manual to automation in BMS / Transport application / space management tools will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience managing Food & Beverage and employee transport operations.
Proven exposure to managing workplace projects including office fit-outs renovations or reconfigurations.
Strong understanding of building maintenance safety protocols and administrative services.
