Job Summary

Tech Lead Full Stack 7 to 13 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering complex banking features using Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
Drive technical design architecture decisions and code quality across backend and frontend modules and develop complex modules
Guide developers on Spring Data Hibernate/JPA performance optimization and cloud best practices.
Ensure delivery excellence conduct code reviews enforce engineering standards and maintain compliance with banking guidelines.
Manage timelines resolve technical blockers and oversee end-to-end feature delivery.

Core Tech Stack / Skills Required

Backend: Java 8/11 Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data JPA Hibernate REST API design Microservices architecture.
Database: Strong SQL expertise; PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle; working knowledge of AWS DB services (RDS Aurora).
Frontend (Good to Have): Angular 8 TypeScript HTML CSS.
Cloud / DevOps: AWS fundamentals CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions) Docker.
Other: Git API performance tuning secure coding
