Job Summary
The Guest Relation Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by welcoming assisting and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The role focuses on building positive guest relationships handling requests and resolving concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in check-out and throughout their stay.
Handle guest queries requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities services and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Ensure VIP / repeat guests receive personalized attention and recognition.
Coordinate with Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.
Support in managing guest amenities welcome letters and special arrangements.
Handle telephone calls emails and guest correspondence efficiently.
Promote hotel services special offers and loyalty programs.
Ensure guest satisfaction scores and feedback are maintained at high levels.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Prior experience in Front Office / Guest Relations preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle pressure complaints and diverse guest expectations.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera/IDS/Fidelio) is an advantage.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
