Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking a new Affinity and Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Toronto Vancouver or Calgary.

What your team does:

Our dynamic team is data-driven and results-focused on meaningful engagement with the legal community our customers and our prospects to support our business goals. The Strategic Engagement Team has a diverse portfolio: managing bar partnerships live events monthly meetups Clios CLE and marketing webinars channel marketing and the execution of our companys annual conference ClioCon.

Youre extremely organized and can keep track of multiple deliverables for multiple stakeholders context switching with ease. Youre detail-oriented and thrive when managing lots of logistics. You are a people person who is driven open to learning and cares about impacting the legal industry. You understand that partnership and event programs rely on a personal touch and a mutual desire to succeed. You are known for your communication skills and work well with a tight-knit high-performing team. Youre excited by the opportunity to support a team of motivated program managers while learning about the world of legal events and partnerships. You are willing to challenge the status quo to increase efficiency and impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to see real-world results from the projects you help drive.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $65900 to $77500 to $89100 note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally benefit offerings may differ depending on the employees location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
